Community Manager – Multi-Family Property

About the role

RangeWater is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead daily operations of its cottage community in Loganville. The role focuses on achieving financial targets, maintaining property standards, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team members, conduct evaluations, and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, profitability analyses, and financial reports.
• Handle lease enforcement, inspections, evictions, collections, and resident communications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the maintenance team to ensure property safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; 1‑3 years supervisory experience in multi‑family property management.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Community Manager with proven ability to meet financial and operational objectives.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work weekends as scheduled.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site).
• Strong computer skills: internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
