Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to manage and grow the brand’s online community across social media platforms. The role involves engaging with followers, handling conversations, gathering audience feedback, and supporting community‑focused campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the brand’s online community on all major social media channels.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages and direct messages promptly and professionally.
• Foster meaningful conversations and increase overall community engagement.
• Monitor community sentiment, collect feedback, identify recurring queries and coordinate responses with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with content and social media teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Plan, execute and track community‑driven activities, campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on community metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, platform updates and audience behaviour.
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image across all community interactions.

Required profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in community management, social media, digital marketing, customer engagement or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing online communities or brand social media pages is preferred.
