Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager owns the full community charter for their campus. This leadership role designs, executes, and continuously improves the student experience from orientation through graduation, while leading the campus team and collaborating with other campus leads.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern the student body, maintaining an active and engaged campus community.
• Build and manage the student clubs ecosystem, supporting club leads to ensure consistency and quality.
• Plan and execute masterclasses, guest lectures, techfests, cultural events, and peer‑learning sessions.
• Identify and facilitate student participation in national and international competitions, conferences, and forums.
• Maintain strong relationships with university administration, faculty, and NST central teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Strong student‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in community, events, or program management roles.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment.
• Genuine interest in building student community culture from the ground up.
