Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Community Manager to bridge the gap between our brand’s community engagement and lead generation pipelines. In this role, you will ideate, plan, and execute multi-channel engagement campaigns, manage direct communication, and build conversion funnels to monetize our community into qualified business leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, build, and deploy multi-platform engagement campaigns and structured conversion funnels with targeted CTAs across Email, WhatsApp, and Social Media to guide audiences from discovery to conversion.
• Manage active direct messaging, social channels, and real-time responses while utilizing polls and surveys to gather audience sentiment and maintain community health.
• Design and optimize monetization strategies—including exclusive offers, loyalty programs, and targeted funnels—to transform active community followers into qualified leads and paying customers.
• Partner directly with Brand, Performance Marketing, and Sales teams to align campaign messaging, combine organic and paid efforts, and ensure smooth handover of generated leads.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in community management, multi-channel campaign execution, and lead generation.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with ability to iterate and refine messaging based on audience behavior and feedback.

Required skills

• Executing targeted multi‑channel campaigns and driving user acquisition.
• Designing high‑converting funnels and managing effective Calls‑to‑Action (CTAs).
• Operating across social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
