Community Manager

About the role

Nubra is an all‑in‑one trading platform seeking a Community Manager to nurture and grow an engaged community of active traders. You will work closely with senior marketing and product teams to execute day‑to‑day community programs and help shape the function as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily engagement across Nubra’s community channels (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.).
• Execute the community calendar – discussions, polls, AMAs, webinars, and campaigns – to keep traders active and informed.
• Create and curate content such as trading insights, platform tutorials, market commentary, and feature explainers.
• Support planning and on‑ground execution of events like AMAs, roundtables, and webinars.
• Moderate discussions, respond promptly to queries, and maintain a positive, informative environment.
• Track basic engagement metrics (growth, activity, sentiment) and prepare regular reports for marketing.
• Flag recurring trader feedback to Product and Support and follow up on resolutions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience managing online communities, social media, or brand content.
• Interest or prior exposure to trading, investing, or fintech audiences.
• Strong written communication skills for a financially‑savvy audience.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup and taking ownership of day‑to‑day execution.

Required skills

• Familiarity with community platforms such as Telegram, Discord and Reddit.
• Experience with basic content creation and design tools for community posts.
• Knowledge of simple engagement‑tracking metrics and reporting.
• Exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., CleverTap).
