Community Manager

About the role

WeWork India is looking for a dynamic Community Manager to lead the Community Management team across its locations. You will be the face of WeWork, driving member experience, occupancy, and operational excellence in a fast‑growing flexible workspace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative community through events, introductions, and member engagement initiatives.
• Maintain high occupancy by managing renewals, reducing churn, and supporting sales targets.
• Ensure smooth building operations, oversee move‑ins/move‑outs, and manage vendor and landlord relationships.
• Monitor and report on building KPIs, expense trends, and quality‑control metrics.
• Identify maintenance needs, prioritize tickets, and coordinate with product and operations teams.
• Implement safety and emergency plans, and uphold company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading community or member‑experience teams in a workspace or hospitality setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPI data and ticket trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing or facilities‑management platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
