Community Manager

About the role

Sukoon Health is seeking a Community Manager to bring the Sukoon Commons experience to life at O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) in Sonipat. You will serve as the face of Sukoon Commons, building vibrant student communities and fostering a welcoming environment where students can connect, recharge, and thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute workshops, events and campus activities that promote student well‑being.
• Collaborate with student clubs, ambassadors and university stakeholders to create inclusive experiences.
• Curate and manage online and offline community platforms, ensuring active engagement.
• Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the community experience.
• Represent Sukoon Commons at university events and act as a liaison between students and the organization.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in community management, events, student engagement or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, organized and people‑first mindset.
• Passion for youth culture, community building and student well‑being.
• Willingness to work on‑campus, including occasional evenings or weekends.
