About the role

The Zocial Lab is looking for a proactive Community Manager to join our Chennai office. You will shape and execute community engagement strategies that strengthen brand‑customer relationships and drive loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor, moderate, and grow online community platforms.
• Create compelling content that encourages interaction and advocacy.
• Nurture relationships within the community and respond to member inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Analyze engagement metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify innovative opportunities to expand community reach and impact.

Required profile

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
• Proficiency with analytics tools to assess performance and derive insights.
• Ability to design and execute community strategies that align with brand goals.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a professional, responsive approach to queries.
• Prior experience in brand marketing, public relations, or customer engagement is a plus.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of social media trends and online community best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
