Community Manager

About the role

Scaling Heights Xpriences is seeking a full‑time Community Manager to lead the engagement of its summit community of leaders, partners and sponsors. Based on‑site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, you will shape the experience before, during and after each event, ensuring meaningful interactions and lasting value for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build, nurture and grow relationships with attendees, sponsors and ecosystem partners.
• Coordinate communications across email, social media and messaging platforms, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Design and execute engagement campaigns, virtual meet‑ups, curated introductions and post‑event follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and partnerships teams to align community initiatives with summit objectives.
• Maintain accurate community records, track engagement metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Support on‑site event activities such as registrations, networking sessions and partner touchpoints.

Required profile

• Strong community engagement and relationship‑management experience, preferably in B2B, events or real‑estate ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi or regional language proficiency is a plus.
• Organizational and project‑coordination abilities, with a focus on detail and timely delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or a related field.
