Community Manager for Coworking Space

About the role

The Community Manager will nurture a vibrant, inclusive community within CoKarma’s coworking space in Hyderabad. You will create a welcoming environment that encourages collaboration, networking, and engagement among diverse members.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with members, act as the main point of contact, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct tours for prospective clients, showcase facilities and amenities, and match space options to their requirements.
• Develop and run community initiatives such as networking events, workshops, and social gatherings to foster collaboration.
• Oversee day‑to‑day space operations, including reservations, cleanliness, and maintenance of facilities.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the space, manage social media, email campaigns, and event promotion.
• Onboard new members, provide orientation, and help them connect with the community.
• Collect and analyse data on membership, occupancy, and satisfaction, and prepare reports for management.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in a related field such as community or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving ability.
• Organisational skills to manage operations and events.
• Knowledge of coworking industry trends and community‑management best practices is a plus.
