Community Manager – Fashion Brands

About the role

Polopan is building a network where fashion founders, e‑commerce teams, and brand operators can learn from each other and grow together. As a Community Manager you will shape this ecosystem, making it the go‑to place for meaningful conversations and collaborations in fashion commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and nurture a community of fashion founders, operators, creators, agencies, and industry experts.
• Welcome new members, foster a sense of belonging, and encourage authentic, value‑driven discussions.
• Plan and execute founder meet‑ups, AMAs, workshops, and virtual events that deliver tangible takeaways.
• Identify and surface community‑driven topics, trends, and pain points for the product team.
• Facilitate connections between members, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Build relationships with Shopify agencies, e‑commerce consultants, logistics partners, and commerce‑tool providers to create co‑marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Passion for meeting new people and creating genuine connections.
• Enjoy bringing groups together around shared interests in fashion, e‑commerce, and entrepreneurship.
• Prefer meaningful conversations over vanity metrics.
• Curiosity about the fashion and e‑commerce landscape.

Required skills

• Experience with the Shopify ecosystem.
