Community Manager – Events & Partnerships

About the role

Latoyá Saket is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to shape and grow the community around its restaurant and bar. You will blend strategic planning with hands‑on execution to create memorable events, build partnerships, and drive footfall.

Key responsibilities

• Own the venue’s events calendar, from concept to on‑ground execution, including music curation, special menus and collaborations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local cultural groups, offices, expat communities and other relevant networks.
• Manage influencer and PR collaborations, coordinating visits, content creation and alignment with the brand calendar.
• Work with the social media agency to ensure content reflects the brand’s voice and event schedule, capture real‑time moments, and respond to community interactions.
• Support guest relationship initiatives to turn first‑time visitors into regulars.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in community building, events, hospitality, marketing or partnerships.
• Outgoing, socially adept and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to turn ideas into reality.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for creating special experiences.
