Community Manager - Engagements & Audits

About the role

UniLiv is seeking an energetic Community Manager – Engagements & Audits to lead resident experience across its Bangalore properties. This full‑time, on‑site role combines community engagement, event planning, hospitality‑grade audits and supervision of the on‑ground support team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute community events end‑to‑end, managing concept, budget, vendors, logistics, promotion and post‑event analysis.
• Conduct regular property and service‑quality audits covering housekeeping, hygiene, F&B, maintenance, security and resident touchpoints, and produce structured audit reports.
• Monitor and supervise the on‑ground support team, reviewing resident interactions across calls, WhatsApp, email and in‑person, and ensuring timely complaint resolution.
• Own the complete resident journey from onboarding to exit, identifying and removing friction points to boost retention and satisfaction.
• Drive NPS, CSAT and overall resident satisfaction by collecting feedback, analysing insights and implementing improvement actions.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in community management, hospitality or property‑service environments.
• Strong hospitality background with hands‑on experience conducting property and service‑quality audits.
• Proven ability to host events, manage vendors and handle resident escalations.
• Experience supervising on‑ground teams and monitoring service standards.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse resident feedback and improve NPS.
