Community Manager – Engagements & Audits

About the role

UniLiv is seeking an energetic Community Manager – Engagements & Audits to own the resident experience across its Delhi NCR properties. This 360° position blends community event planning, hospitality‑grade property audits, and on‑ground team leadership to drive satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute resident events from concept to post‑event analysis, maintaining a monthly calendar for all Delhi NCR sites.
• Conduct regular hospitality‑standard audits covering housekeeping, hygiene, F&B, common areas, security and staff behaviour, producing structured reports with action plans.
• Lead and supervise the on‑site support team, monitoring complaint handling, communication quality and service‑level adherence.
• Own the end‑to‑end resident journey – onboarding, daily living and exit – identifying friction points and driving improvements to boost NPS and retention.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in community management, hospitality or property‑service environments.
• Proven ability to host events, conduct detailed audits and resolve escalations.
• Strong ownership mindset with excellent analytical and supervisory skills.

Required skills

• Experience with hospitality‑grade property audits and SOP compliance.
• Event planning and vendor management.
• Customer experience ownership and NPS tracking.
