Community Manager – Bangalore

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to be the face of our brand in Bangalore. You will lead on‑ground events, build relationships with athletes and fitness communities, and drive influencer collaborations to strengthen our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand at events, retail activations and partner‑led experiences.
• Plan and execute events from concept through on‑ground delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with athletes, coaches and fitness communities.
• Drive onboarding, engagement and retention for Shyft athletes.
• Manage influencer campaigns from brief to execution and amplification.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and partnerships teams to launch campaigns.
• Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with brand goals.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all offline and community touchpoints.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in events, marketing or community‑focused roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Highly execution‑oriented, capable of turning ideas into reality.
• Organised and detail‑oriented in fast‑paced environments.
• Deep understanding of influencer, community and event‑driven marketing.
• Passion for health, fitness and sports.
• Willingness to work on‑ground frequently, including early mornings and weekends.
