Community Host – Employee Experience Specialist

About the role

The Community Host serves as the first point of contact for employees and visitors within a designated workplace zone. You will ensure the environment is welcoming, functional, and ready for daily operations, helping staff stay productive without friction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑touch support, offering tools, information, and wayfinding assistance to employees and guests.
• Welcome all occupants, creating a positive first impression and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
• Act as the primary responder to employee questions, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to resolution.
• Educate users on equipment, space usage, workplace protocols, and etiquette.
• Build trusted relationships with end‑users and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in real‑estate services, hospitality, retail, or customer‑service roles.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with executive‑level clients and staff at all levels.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a detail‑oriented, self‑starting attitude.
