Community Development Team Member – Lead Digital Communities

About the role

We are seeking a Community Development Team Member to lead the launch, growth, and nurturing of our digital communities across three emerging platforms. You will work with our in‑house tools to create engaging experiences for job seekers, entrepreneurs, and civic participants.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale vibrant digital communities, defining engagement playbooks and acquisition strategies.
• Develop and execute AI‑driven content creation, curating articles, resources, and campaigns for multi‑channel distribution.
• Manage owned media, including blog pages and newsletters, ensuring knowledge is indexed and discoverable.
• Organize campus seminars, workshops, and offline events, measuring their impact on digital activation.
• Utilize MarqueHub for marketing automation, building email workflows, landing pages, and member lifecycle management.
• Monitor community health metrics such as active users, retention, sentiment, and NPS using internal survey tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and launching digital communities.
• Ability to design and implement engagement and acquisition strategies.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted content creation and omnichannel distribution.
• Experience organizing physical events and assessing their digital impact.
• Competence in using marketing automation platforms to manage member lifecycles.
