Community & Channel Business Development Manager

About the role

Boost Labs is looking for a Community & Channel Business Development Manager to build and own its community from the ground up. The role combines event planning, partnership development and social media community management across Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and host in‑person community events, meetups and workshops in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
• Take full ownership of Boost Labs’ community IP, executing and growing it end‑to‑end.
• Identify and build partnerships with wellness studios, gyms, nutritionists, cafés and other wellness‑adjacent spaces for offline reach, sampling and distribution.
• Represent Boost Labs at wellness and health events, pop‑ups and partner activations.
• Manage day‑to‑day community engagement on Instagram and other social channels, handling comments, DMs and conversations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn community insights into content ideas.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in community management, events or business development, preferably in wellness, nutrition, D2C or FMCG.
• Genuine interest in wellness and a working understanding of the supplements category.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly and host events across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills for building channel partnerships.
• Comfortable managing a brand’s voice and community on social media.
• Self‑starter who can own an IP end‑to‑end – planning, execution and reporting.
