Community & Brand Engagement Manager

About the role

UniLiv is seeking a Community & Brand Engagement Manager to own the end‑to‑end resident engagement cycle across its Noida co‑living campuses. You will design, budget, promote, execute and amplify community programs and large‑scale events, turning each experience into compelling marketing content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage a quarterly engagement calendar aligned with resident milestones and cohorts.
• Conceptualise, budget, and execute community programs, festivals and wellness events.
• Source and manage partnerships with brands, local businesses and service providers.
• Promote events through the UniLiv app, notice boards, social channels and on‑site materials.
• Capture photos, reels and resident stories to build a content library for central marketing.
• Run resident‑facing social channels, ensuring tone and visuals match UniLiv brand guidelines.
• Drive reviews, referrals and resident‑ambassador initiatives to boost word‑of‑mouth.
• Maintain trackers, budgets and performance reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Experience designing and running recurring community programs for defined cohorts.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale events with vendors, permissions and safety protocols.
• Hands‑on ownership of engagement calendars from strategy to review.
• Background in co‑living, student housing, hospitality or campus life preferred.
• Strong stage presence, facilitation skills and fluency in English and Hindi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Management or equivalent experience.
