Community and Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Community and Social Media Specialist to own our Instagram presence and engage with pet parents. You will interact with our growing community, manage creator collaborations and help shape the voice of our new dog‑food brand.

Key responsibilities

• Run Instagram daily – post content, create stories, respond to comments and DMs.
• Reply to every pet parent in a friendly, human tone.
• Manage our creator community, including a casting call for 100 dogs.
• Support the first 500 pet parents on WhatsApp – check‑ins, feedback collection, and turning happy dogs into reviews and videos.
• Plan the weekly content calendar together with the content and design team.
• Track performance metrics such as followers, saves, replies and sign‑ups.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing an Instagram account (personal or brand) with measurable results.
• Ability to write short, warm, conversational copy.
• Fast response time – never let a message sit unanswered.
• Genuine love for dogs.
• 1‑3 years of experience in social media or community roles.
