Communications Specialist – Marketing & Content

About the role

Studio Mosaic is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Communications Specialist to lead high‑impact messaging across both external marketing channels and internal communications. The role involves owning the full content lifecycle—from ad copy and ASO assets to long‑form app descriptions and internal newsletters—while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end briefs for ads, social media posts, and ASO creatives, including screenshots and in‑app banners.
• Write compelling copy for ad campaigns, social platforms, app store listings, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to visualise and execute content‑driven campaigns across all platforms.
• Stay current with Google, Meta, and TikTok ad policies to guarantee compliance and performance.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging formats, and new tools to continuously improve content strategy.
• Support internal events and initiatives by creating structured, engaging communications such as newsletters and announcements.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or related marketing functions.
• Strong eye for design and ability to work with AI‑powered content generation tools.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, agency‑style environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen sense of brand voice.
