Communications Manager (Corporate & Brand)

About the role

P&G is looking for a dynamic and visionary Communications Manager to lead corporate and brand narratives across India. You will shape integrated communication strategies that protect and enhance the company’s reputation while amplifying the visibility of its diverse brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive corporate and brand communication plans aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Lead external storytelling initiatives to build strong affinity for P&G among consumers, media and stakeholders.
• Design and launch communication campaigns for new product introductions and brand promotions across multiple channels.
• Proactively manage corporate and brand reputation, including issue management and crisis communication planning.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with journalists, influencers and media partners to maximize reach and impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate and brand communications, preferably within a large consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into compelling communication narratives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving media landscape and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
