Communications Analyst

About the role

The Communications Analyst will support Accenture’s talent development initiatives by designing and delivering instructional content that drives workforce performance, productivity and business agility. The role blends communication expertise with learning delivery to help employees close skill gaps and achieve their career potential.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear, compelling messages for internal learning programs and change initiatives.
• Plan, execute and monitor social campaigns that promote training and development activities.
• Produce instructional materials, presentations and visual assets that align with learning objectives.
• Identify skill gaps through analysis and recommend targeted development strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to influence adoption of new tools, processes and behaviors.
• Maintain strong written and oral communication standards across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in communications, preferably within a large, matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to manage social collaboration initiatives and drive change adoption.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop for creating visual communication assets.
• Presentation design skills using PowerPoint or PDF formats (desirable).
• Experience creating infographics and visual storytelling elements (desirable).
