Communication Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Communication Trainer to deliver spoken English and communication skills training at our Mumbai centre. The role focuses on enhancing learners’ confidence, fluency and professional presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging spoken English and communication training sessions.
• Identify and reduce Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) through targeted coaching.
• Teach pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, voice modulation and articulation.
• Develop presentation, public speaking, interview and workplace communication abilities.
• Assess learners’ communication levels and provide personalized feedback.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments and progress reports.
• Facilitate interactive activities such as role‑plays, group discussions and mock interviews.
• Motivate and mentor students to build confidence and career‑ready communication skills.
• Collaborate with the academic team to achieve learning and employability outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (English preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Communication or Spoken English trainer.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in MTI correction and pronunciation training.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience training students for employability, interviews or corporate communication is a plus.
