Communication Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Communication Strategist to blend creativity with strategic thinking and shape powerful brand narratives. The role will define how brands speak, what they say, and where they say it across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and articulate brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice.
• Build integrated communication strategies for digital, print and experiential platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, content and digital teams to ensure consistent storytelling.
• Analyse audience insights, market trends and competitor activity to guide strategy.
• Support new‑business pitches with strategic communication concepts and narratives.
• Define KPIs and KRAs for the creative team, monitor performance and ensure accountability.
• Assist project management to deliver campaigns on time, within scope and budget.
• Apply logical thinking and problem‑solving to overcome creative or execution challenges.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in brand strategy, communications or marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology, market dynamics and audience insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate insights into compelling creative direction.
• Highly organized with effective file management, workflow structuring and disciplined time management.
• Familiarity with AI tools that enhance creativity and efficiency.
