Communication Strategist – Brand Narrative & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Communication Strategist who blends creativity with strategic thinking to shape powerful brand narratives and marketing communication plans. In this on‑site role you will define how brands speak, what they say, and where they say it, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and articulate brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice.
• Design integrated communication strategies for digital, print, and experiential platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to maintain consistent brand storytelling.
• Analyse audience insights, market trends, and competitor activity to guide strategic direction.
• Support new‑business pitches with strategic communication ideas and narratives.
• Define KPIs and KRAs for the creative team, monitor performance and ensure accountability.
• Assist project management to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
• Apply logical thinking and problem‑solving to overcome creative or execution challenges.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or marketing.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to translate insights into impactful creative direction.
• Strong organisational skills with effective file management, workflow structuring, and time discipline.
• Agency experience preferred.
