Communication Skills Trainer – Remote

About the role
PlanetSpark is seeking enthusiastic communication trainers to deliver live 1:1 online classes that help learners become confident speakers and writers. The role is fully remote, allowing you to mentor students across multiple time zones from the comfort of your home.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct demo sessions and regular 1:1 online classes using PlanetSpark’s curriculum.
- Help learners improve public speaking, communication, and confidence.
- Create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
- Provide constructive feedback to support each learner’s progress.
- Maintain schedule adherence for demos and classes across various shift timings.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- At least 1 year of experience in teaching, training, coaching, or corporate/soft‑skills training.
- Availability to work six days a week, including weekends.
- Ability to commit 3–4 teaching hours per day.
- Own a laptop with webcam and a stable Wi‑Fi connection.
