Communication Partner – Internal Communications

About the role

As a Communication Partner you will strengthen employee culture by crafting authentic stories that connect staff to the company’s purpose and priorities. You will enhance awareness of business goals, support a positive online reputation, and ensure consistent messaging across teams, functions and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute newsletters, internal campaigns and communication plans that keep employees informed and engaged.
• Interview employees, leaders and subject‑matter experts to produce feature stories, articles, reports and updates.
• Create content for posters, standees, brochures, presentations and other internal communication materials.
• Identify fresh angles to convey key messages clearly and meaningfully.
• Leverage social media channels as an internal communication tool to build trust, relevance and engagement.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, interview stakeholders and synthesize information into compelling narratives.
• Strong understanding of business priorities and the capacity to translate them into employee‑focused content.
• Collaborative mindset to align messaging across diverse teams and regions.
