Commission-Based Business Development Associate

About the role

Lignique, a B2B furniture manufacturer and project‑supply specialist, is expanding its sales network across India. We are looking for a motivated Commission Sales Associate to generate genuine project opportunities and drive furniture procurement for architects, designers, contractors and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect architects, interior designers, contractors and project companies.
• Research and reach decision‑makers via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email.
• Introduce Lignique, understand upcoming projects and uncover furniture procurement needs.
• Collect BOQs, drawings, specifications and other project requirements.
• Maintain prospect and follow‑up data in a CRM system.
• Coordinate qualified opportunities with the founder and support order conversion.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business professionals.
• Ability to research prospects, persistently follow up and work independently.
• Performance‑oriented mindset; sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates, freelancers or professionals with a network in architecture/design are encouraged to apply.
