Commercial Systems Administrator – CPQ

About the role

Socure is seeking a technically sharp systems builder to own and evolve the DealHub CPQ platform. You will partner with RevOps, Legal, Accounting and other teams to streamline quoting, pricing and integration workflows, ensuring data integrity across downstream systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and configure DealHub CPQ, maintaining accurate pricing, quoting and product catalog settings.
• Collaborate with RevOps to automate quote workflows and align pricing processes.
• Define data flows between DealHub, CRM, CLM, ERP and billing systems, and build the necessary integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve CPQ‑related issues, ensuring high system uptime and user efficiency.
• Audit CPQ data integrity regularly and test all changes before release.
• Document technical solutions and support Deal Desk training and adoption.
• Evaluate new DealHub releases and pilot AI‑assisted configuration and testing tools.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience with DealHub CPQ (or equivalent such as Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, Conga) and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management and complex pricing models.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across CPQ and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
