Commercial Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commercial Operations Associate to support our sales team in creating compelling commercial proposals. The role is based in Jaipur and works on the European shift to align with our global operations. You will use our automation platform (AETA) and price intelligence tools to deliver high‑quality proposals for telecom and internet services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and project details.
• Interact directly with customers when needed to clarify needs and ensure accurate proposals.
• Engage with suppliers to obtain competitive offers and pricing.
• Utilize price intelligence tools, partner portals, and partner price lists to gather pricing information.
• Create detailed and persuasive commercial proposals in a timely manner.
• Leverage the AETA automation platform to streamline proposal creation.
• Stay updated on market trends and pricing fluctuations.
• Maintain organized records of proposals, supplier communications, and market data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in telecom, banking, enterprises or internet services.
• Understanding of commercial and pricing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work the European shift from the Jaipur office.
