Commercial Offer Technician – Pumps

About the role

Grupo Cunado is seeking a Commercial Offer Technician specialized in pumps to join its Chennai office. You will work in an international environment, preparing commercial offers and coordinating with multiple internal departments to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare commercial offers in response to customer specifications, collaborating with all relevant departments.
• Request and evaluate quotations from various suppliers.
• Create commercial and technical tabulations for price comparison and analysis.
• Support the project from the bidding phase through to the close‑out of the awarded order.
• Prepare internal documentation following established procedures.
• Negotiate commercial terms, payment methods, deadlines and discounts with customers and suppliers within approved margins.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar commercial or technical role within the pump or related industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of industrial materials, especially pumps.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or SAP is a plus.
