Commercial Account Manager

About the role

The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for driving significant revenue growth within assigned accounts. You will build strong client relationships, act as a trusted technology advisor, and meet or exceed sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and aligning them with HP solutions.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across multiple business units.
• Acquire new logos and expand HP’s market share in priority areas.
• Create and execute account plans to increase share of wallet and overall value.
• Collaborate with partners, specialists, and global teams to improve win rates.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Deliver product presentations and training sessions for clients.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7‑12 years of experience in account management, product specialty (computers, printers, servers, storage) or similar roles; advanced degree with 3‑5 years experience is also acceptable.
• Proven ability to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.
