About the role
Lead the lending collections team to achieve collection targets and manage the flow of overdue accounts in the assigned area.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve collection targets for the assigned area and control case flow, focusing on non‑starters.
- Provide documented feedback on collection activities.
- Ensure adequate on‑the‑ground availability across buckets and segments.
Required profile
- Graduation or post‑graduation preferred.
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in a collections role.
Required skills
- Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship‑building abilities.
- Working knowledge of computers.
