Collections Executive – Meerut/Gurgaon

About the role

Volvo Financial Services is looking for a Collections Executive to join its India Collections team, operating from Meerut or Gurgaon. You will be responsible for driving timely recoveries from assigned retail customers through field visits, follow‑ups, and compliant collection practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and follow‑up calls to recover outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate collection data in the internal Collections System.
• Adhere strictly to VFS India compliance policies, RBI fair practice code, and Indian laws.
• Resolve bucket‑wise delinquent accounts to improve collection efficiency.
• Handle objections and negotiate payment arrangements with customers.

Required profile

• Strong ownership, resilience, integrity, and compliance orientation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
