About the role
Lead the collections target and control collection flow for a specified area, managing a large team of collection officers and ensuring productivity and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve collection targets for the assigned area and control case flow, focusing on non‑starters.
- Ensure documented feedback and adequate on‑street availability by bucket and segment.
- Manage productivity parameters for collection officers, agencies, and in‑house teams.
- Monitor performance against set parameters and conduct weekly reviews with collection executives.
- Oversee background checks of collection agencies and identify training needs for collection executives.
- Support collection officers with legal, police, and collection activities.
Required profile
- People management skills with 8+ years of relevant collections experience.
- Demonstrated success orientation and achievement focus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship and leadership abilities.
- Working knowledge of computers; graduation or post‑graduation preferred.
