About the role
We are seeking an experienced logistics professional with deep expertise in cold‑chain operations. The successful candidate will manage end‑to‑end cold‑chain processes, ensuring product integrity and compliance with all regulatory documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of cold‑chain shipments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation required for temperature‑controlled logistics.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs handling agents (CHAs) worldwide to secure optimal routing and handling.
- Resolve any issues that arise during transit to protect product quality.
- Continuously improve cold‑chain procedures to meet industry best practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience handling cold‑chain logistics for a substantial period.
- Strong understanding of cold‑chain documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for negotiating with international freight partners.
