CNG Machine Operator

The CNG Machine Operator ensures the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the CNG Mother Station, including compressors, dispensers, cascades, priority panels, gas dryers, control systems, and emergency shutdown equipment.

• Monitor and record key operating parameters such as suction pressure, discharge pressure, storage bank pressure, temperatures, running hours, and gas flow rates.
• Conduct routine inspections to detect gas leaks, abnormal noises, vibrations, overheating, or equipment malfunctions.
• Perform start‑up, shutdown and operational checks following approved procedures and OEM guidelines.
• Verify the proper functioning of emergency shutdown systems, gas detectors, flame detectors, alarms, and firefighting equipment.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, inspection checklists, and daily operational reports, and coordinate with maintenance personnel during preventive maintenance.

The operator also upholds high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational discipline, ensuring safe loading and unloading of cascades and supporting continuous gas availability for downstream operations.
