CNC Operator

About the role

The CNC Operator will work full‑time on‑site in Hyderabad, setting up, operating and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The role involves ensuring smooth machine operation, maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Load raw materials, adjust machine settings and perform routine maintenance checks on CNC equipment.
• Monitor production runs, inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and document production data.
• Collaborate with supervisors and production teams to meet output targets while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and support implementation of improvement actions.

Required profile

• Strong background in machine operation and handling of CNC and related equipment.
• Solid machining and milling experience to produce precision components.
• Quality‑control expertise for part inspection and tolerance measurement.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Relevant technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical or manufacturing fields is beneficial.
