CNC Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Gummidipoondi. The role involves ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of CNC machines through preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance on CNC equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, including motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in CNC systems, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and coolant circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings for installation, commissioning and calibration.
• Identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports while adhering to safety and TPM procedures.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline.
• 2‑6 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and commitment to safety.
