About the role

The company is seeking a diligent Operator to run CNC‑based diamond machining equipment on a 12‑hour shift schedule. The position is ideal for candidates who have completed their 12th grade and are eager to start a career in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up, operate and monitor CNC diamond machines according to production specifications.
• Maintain continuous operation during 12‑hour shifts, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Record production data and report any irregularities to supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 12th standard (or equivalent).
• Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required.
• Willingness to work rotating 12‑hour shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Required skills

• Ability to operate CNC machinery.
• Computer literacy for data entry and machine interface.

What we offer
