Cluster Manager

About the role

The Cluster Manager will lead the onboarding and account management activities for Swiggy Dineout’s restaurant partners in Delhi. You will work closely with top accounts to understand their growth objectives, resolve queries, and drive revenue through strategic partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with top restaurant partners, discussing P&L performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Analyze revenue expectations, investment capability, and propose seasonal commercial revisions.
• Gather competitor insights and recommend counter‑measures to protect market share.
• Track daily sales activities, weekly account growth/de‑growth, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Develop and execute action plans for low‑share outlets to achieve target performance.
• Lead a field sales team, set timelines, monitor progress on revenue targets such as advertisements, RPO, and marketing activities.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and direct field engagement to ensure consistent execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or sales leadership within the food‑service or hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Delhi and travel across the assigned region as needed.
