Cluster Manager – Insurance Business Development

About the role
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for generating insurance business through assigned relationship and channel partners in a defined zone. The role focuses on driving customers of partner institutions to invest in Birla Sunlife Insurance products while ensuring high‑quality pre‑ and post‑sale support.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop insurance opportunities with assigned relationship and channel partners.
- Guide partners to promote Birla Sunlife Insurance solutions to their end‑customers.
- Provide comprehensive pre‑sale and post‑sale assistance to both partners and their clients.
- Monitor sales targets and ensure consistent quarterly growth.
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team to address partner and client needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related financial services.
- Strong relationship‑management capabilities with channel partners.
- Target‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a support team.
