Cluster Manager – CBG Axis Bank Relationship

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Manager to drive insurance business through the Axis Bank channel in Delhi. The role focuses on generating new life insurance sales by partnering with the bank’s relationship managers and guiding them to promote Birla Sunlife Insurance products to their customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop insurance business opportunities with assigned Axis Bank relationship managers across the designated zone.
• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support to the bank partners and their clients, ensuring smooth policy issuance and service delivery.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and sustain consistent growth month over month.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with internal teams to address any issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales or channel‑partner business development.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with banking partners.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and drive quarterly growth.
