CLS Operations Executive – Mumbai

About the role

Inchcape Shipping Services is looking for a CLS Operations Executive to join its Mumbai team. The role supports customers, manages operational processes and ensures accurate use of the Optic system. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Complete HR induction and mandatory trainings via My Learning.
• Learn and operate the Optic system, creating correct appointments and updating job status.
• Receive, scrutinise and dispatch Proforma DA/Close Estimate from local offices according to agreed rates.
• Highlight operational issues and escalate to senior staff as needed.
• Alert performing offices and supervisors of urgent principal requirements.
• Ensure sales leads and data are communicated to supervisors.

Required profile

• Graduation (minimum education qualification).
• Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant industry or fresh graduate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
