Cloud Security Trainer

About the role

CloudThat is seeking a Cloud Security Trainer to deliver instructor‑led training on cloud security technologies to corporate clients, fresh graduates and working professionals. The role involves creating hands‑on labs, updating curriculum and mentoring learners both during and after sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online and classroom training on cloud security concepts and best practices.
• Design and update training materials, presentations, lab guides and practical workshops.
• Mentor learners, answer technical queries and support certification readiness.
• Stay current with emerging cloud security services and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in cloud security, cyber security or cloud infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ‑500), Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CISSP, CCSP or CompTIA Security+.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security or related field.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong knowledge of IAM, network security, encryption & key management, security monitoring & logging, cloud governance & compliance.
• Good understanding of Linux, networking and operating systems.
