Cloud Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cloud Administrator to support and optimize our cloud infrastructure. This role offers hands‑on experience with cloud technologies, migration projects, and collaboration with global customers and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor cloud environments and virtual platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V, VirtualBox).
• Assist in cloud and Microsoft 365 migration initiatives.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, including routine maintenance, patching, and backup verification.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot networking, OS, and hardware issues, ensuring system health and performance.
• Document technical procedures, SOPs, and incident resolutions.
• Support user onboarding, account administration, and access management.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, technical support, or cloud operations.
• Strong foundation in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing).
• Good knowledge of Windows administration and basic to intermediate Linux administration.
• Hands‑on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Ability to work an evening shift (5 PM – 2 AM IST) and collaborate with teams in the US EST time zone.
