Clinical Receptionist & Client Relations Executive (Tele‑sales)

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role blends clinical reception duties, telesales, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all clients.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and manage front‑desk interactions.
• Handle incoming calls, provide service information, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate patient flow, appointment scheduling, and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate patient records while complying with privacy regulations.
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient satisfaction.
• Perform filing, data entry, inventory management, and other office duties.
• Address patient concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar healthcare role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Patient‑centred attitude with a compassionate approach.
