Clinical Receptionist & Client Relations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our clinics in Gurgaon and South Delhi. The role blends front‑desk reception, telesales, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth, patient‑centred experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors courteously and manage the front‑desk area.
• Answer incoming calls, provide information about services, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate daily clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment booking, and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate patient records while complying with privacy regulations.
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient satisfaction.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.

Required profile

• At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Patient‑centred attitude and compassionate approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
