About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our clinic. The role blends front‑desk reception duties, telesales, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth, patient‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and manage the reception area.
• Handle incoming calls, provide service information, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate patient flow, follow‑up communications, and daily clinic operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records while complying with privacy regulations.
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient satisfaction.
• Address patient concerns and feedback with empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar healthcare front‑desk or clinic coordination role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Patient‑centered attitude and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with standard office software.
